Terms and Conditions

Candidates can register online for any course or get in touch directly with our training team to book your place.  Please note, some courses book out well in advance and places are allocated on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.

Contract of services between you and the Roicians

Upon accepting our terms and conditions and completing your Registration Forms, the contract of services between you and Roicians, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

Your responsibilities

It is your responsibility to make sure that the information you provide to Roicians is truthful, complete and correct, failing which your registration may be delayed or invalidated.

Fees and payment

All training fees (plus HST) be paid in full within two weeks of starting of any course, however Roicians would require $500+HST as registration fee to secure the training on the agreed date.  Registration fee is not a part of the Course fee and is required to book your seat only.  Each training session is limited to a maximum number of individual attendees.  Roicians will not unreasonably withhold its agreement to increase that cap.

Pre-requisites

Attendees must be computer literate and have a basic understanding of the products to which the training relates.  However, all courses have different pre-requisites, therefore kindly go through the corresponding course page to check the same.

Cancellations and Changes

As we train limited number of students in a batch, therefore we do not issue any refund if you cancel prior to course commencement or do not attend any class. No refunds will be issued if you withdraw for whatever reason after starting of the course OR fail to attend the course for whatever reasons and will be subject to the full fee of the course and invoiced for the full cost of the respective course.

Cancellation of a course by Roicians

Roicians reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers, speakers, fees or venues without prior notice and without liability.  Roicians also reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability to students for expenses incurred.  In the case of cancellation, students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Force Majeure

Roicians reserves the right to cancel, suspend or vary the operation of our obligations to you if events occur which are in the nature of force majeure including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, flood, storms, plant breakdowns, strikes, lock outs, riot, hostilities, non-availability of material or suppliers or any event outside of Roicians’ control; and we shall not be held liable for any breach of contract or tort resulting from such an event.
